Streamlining A Corporate Publication System

For years we have worked with EisnerAmper (formerly Eisner LLP) on the design and marketing of their corporate publications. Following the firm's recent merger with Amper, Politizner and Mattia, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of their publications to revamp not only their branding, but also the tactics behind their promotion.

While each publication targets a different subset of the firm's clientele, there is a great deal of overlap in their target audiences. Our goal was to achieve a unified design between each publication's different touchpoints including the printed and digital versions along with the companion e-mail and microsites.

The standardized design format provides enough flexibility for each publication to have its own unique identity, while still maintaining an overall brand consistency.
This approach reduced the design time and costs associated with the production of each new issue by nearly 30%.

The publication e-mails were redesigned to transform them from simplistic announcements to multi-faceted communications. This was accomplished by using the e-mails to cross market the firm's numerous events and publications in each issue. Social sharing features were added to both the e-mails and microsites allowing users to share articles via LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. These improvements increased the utility and relevance of the e-mails for subscribers by presenting them with more opportunities for engagement.
